There is no single last-mile hub in Nigeria.

I have been asked "Where is lastmile hub" so much that I had to just write this, and I understand how frustrating waiting for a parcel can be, so let’s help you find that hub.

The last-mile hub shown on your tracking page is usually the local facility or pickup office used by the courier handling your parcel.

We have explained what a last-mile hub is, and how to find the one nearest to you on Peng.

Your Order May Be at One of These Centres

The courier holding your parcel depends on the marketplace, shipping method, destination and delivery partner assigned to the order.

If your AliExpress tracking shows Speedaf, track the parcel through Speedaf and contact the nearest Speedaf experience centre.

If your Temu tracking shows GIG Logistics, use your tracking number to contact GIGL or find the nearest GIG Logistics experience centre.

Temu orders may also be assigned to another local courier, so do not assume that every Temu parcel is with GIG Logistics.

What to Do Before Visiting a Last-Mile Hub

1. Open the complete tracking details for your order.

2. Look for the name of the local carrier currently holding the parcel.

3. Check whether a second local tracking number has been issued.

4. Enter that number on the local carrier’s official website or app.

5. Contact the carrier and ask for the exact location currently holding the parcel.

6. Confirm whether the parcel is available for collection or still waiting for delivery.

7. Take your tracking number, pickup code and valid identification when collecting the parcel.
